WMFG

About

WMFG (WhereMyFeetGo) is a 1/1 NFTphoto collection of places where my feet have been. Everyday is a passing moment. Maybe that is why we take so many pictures. For me, I have the habit of taking photos of my feet. It seems to be symbolic as leaving footprints or marks of where I've been. I wanted to share the moments I truly enjoyed, felt happy, and miss a lot. I hope you can connect to WMFG.

INTERVIEW
WITH
ARTIST

Q1. What are the strengths of NFT artists compared to other artists?

A. NFTs are permanently stored, collected, and resold on blockchain. This is the biggest difference between off-chain art and on-chain art. It is hard to store the value and preserve that in traditional artworks. With time, they can become worn out, lost, and it is also hard to resell what you have bought. NFTs are different. Connecting the lines between physical and digital and also preserving the value and artwork also with time.

Q2. What advice do you want to give to foreign artists who want to enter the NFT market in Japan?

A. It's not a joke that most artists spend time promoting and marketing their artworks on SNS and especially Twitter. If you are introverted person and don't like to promote your artworks, it would be hard to sell your artworks whether it is in Korea or any other markets. Korean NFT market is quite limited in scope, but if you are considering Korea as a niche market, I advise you to promote and showcase your NFT artworks in exhibitions like NFT Festival.

Q3. Please let me know what communities you participate in and how they help you!

A. I am always active on Twitter. I have grown my account since Day 1 as an NFT artist which was the end of May till now (so about 5 months). I have 500 followers now. Twitter is the best place to promote, shill, and show your artwork with supportive fellow NFT artists.
